Where do I find my order ID?
Your order ID is sent to you via WhatsApp immediately after placing your order. It looks like ORD-20260617-AB12CD.
How often is the tracking updated?
We update the tracking status at every step — from pickup to submission to each authority, through to delivery. Most updates happen within 1 hour of the event.
Can I track multiple orders?
Yes! Each order has a unique ID. You can track them all by entering each order ID separately.
What if my tracking hasn't updated in a while?
Authority processing (HEC, MOFA, embassy) can take several days. If your tracking hasn't updated for 3+ business days, contact us on WhatsApp for a status update.
