What is document attestation?
Document attestation is the process of having your documents officially verified by government authorities (HEC, MOFA, embassy, etc.) to confirm their authenticity for use abroad. This is required for employment visas, immigration, university admissions, and legal proceedings.
Why do I need document attestation?
Any Pakistani document being used abroad — for employment, immigration, education, or legal purposes — must be attested by the relevant authorities to prove it is genuine. Without attestation, your documents will not be recognized in foreign countries.
What services does Attestdone offer?
We offer end-to-end document attestation services including HEC, MOFA, IBCC, embassy attestation (Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), apostille, WES/IQAS verification, birth/marriage/death certificates, police clearance, power of attorney, and more.
How do I place an order?
You can order online through our website, message us on WhatsApp, or call us. We will collect your documents from your doorstep, process them through all required authorities, and deliver them back to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (all major banks), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cash on pickup or delivery. Payment is collected after you accept your quote — no advance payment required for the service fee.
How long does attestation take?
Turnaround varies by service: HEC takes 5-7 days, MOFA takes 2-3 days, embassy attestation takes 5-7 days. Express and Super Express options are available for faster processing. The full attestation chain (HEC + MOFA + Embassy) typically takes 13-20 business days.
What is the attestation chain for Gulf countries?
For Gulf countries (Saudi, UAE, Qatar, etc.), the typical chain is: HEC attestation → MOFA attestation → Embassy attestation. For Saudi Arabia, an additional Cultural Mission (Mosadaqa) step may be required for educational documents.
Is my document safe with Attestdone?
Yes. We photograph every document at intake, maintain a strict chain of custody, and offer optional document insurance (Rs. 200,000 coverage per document). In the unlikely event of loss or damage, you're fully covered.
Can I track my documents?
Yes. Every order gets a tracking page with real-time status updates. You'll see exactly where your documents are at every stage — from pickup through each attestation authority to delivery. You also receive WhatsApp notifications at each stage change.
Do I need to visit any office myself?
No. Attestdone provides complete doorstep service. We pick up your documents from your home or office, process them through all required authorities, and deliver them back. No office visits required.
What documents do I need?
The documents required vary by service, but generally you need: the original document, CNIC copy (front & back), and passport copy (if available). Some services require additional documents. Check the specific service page for the complete checklist.
How much does attestation cost?
Our pricing is transparent and fixed. For example: HEC attestation is Rs. 6,500 all-in (Rs. 3,500 service + Rs. 3,000 to HEC). MOFA is Rs. 5,000 all-in. See our pricing page for the complete list of services and fees.
Can I get a bundle discount?
Yes! Order 2+ different services together and get 5% off the combined service fees. The discount is auto-applied. Corporate accounts with 10+ documents get 10% off service fees.
What is apostille vs attestation?
Apostille is a simplified form of document authentication used between countries that are members of the Hague Convention. Attestation is the traditional process through HEC, MOFA, and embassy. Some countries require apostille instead of the full attestation chain.
What is WES verification?
WES (World Education Services) is a Canadian organization that evaluates foreign educational credentials. Pakistani students and professionals going to Canada need WES verification, which requires HEC attestation before submission.
